Owner Representative

• Represent the organization with architects and other disciplines, local governmental authorities and generally act as the professional liaison for the project between the owner and others.
• Assist the organization with their choice of Architects, General Contractors and other suppliers.
• Help determine the key historic elements to preserve in renovations and where new construction is required to provide the necessary amenities for programming support.
• Help imagine the possibilities of additional spaces for revenue streams from meetings, educational classes, rehearsals, etc.

Finance and Feasibility

• Assist in developing the programming feasibility of the venue. Create the market analysis of who will utilize the facility, how they would assist in enhancing the theatre’s role in the community, and what production requirements they will have.
• NGTA will create the Budgeting and Business Plan including a month by month, year by year programming calendar from the ground up showing expenses, revenue and a full P & L by interviewing potential users and stakeholders in regards to their history of performance attendance, ticketing pricing, costs of production, fixed and variable costs, etc.

Technical and Operational Design

• Assist in the technical layout and design including stage, audio, lighting, projection, rigging and communication systems
• NGTA will review all architectural plans for efficiencies in operations
• Assist in the review and implementation of ticketing system.
• Help create the seat layout, sightline analysis and patron comfort, enjoyment and traffic flow review
• Functional backstage planning for artist and staff comfort and efficiency thru detailed design of dressing rooms, Green room, offices, pathways, storage, lighting and audio isolation
• Review FOH – offices, concessions, restrooms, storage areas, as well as HVAC design and overall long-term maintenance
