Review all potential stage locations to maximize use of available seating, considering sightlines, as well as access for artist, production equipment and the stage itself.

Review optional Floor/Field seating plans given stage locations reviewed above. Define all Public pathways on and off the Floor/Field, adding stairways when needed. Define additional signage needed to guide the Public to all facilities, including Emergency Exits. Define all public restrooms available for the Floor/Field seating, adding Porto-johns on the Floor/Field where necessary.

Review existing Box Office locations for any upgrades, given new seating configurations. With the venue’s Security Director, review concert deployments, especially on the Floor/Field, around the stage and backstage, as well as medical stations.

Review existing and potential patron parking system.

Address type of turf and its protection with appropriate flooring

Review existing facility infrastructure, accompanied by recommendations for improvement based on programmatic desires.

Investigate all existing and potential points of access to the Floor/Field – for cranes, trucks and forklifts.

Define all potential truck unloading / loading points, including existing loading docks and temporary loading docks.

Define all necessary House Power and cable paths to the stage, tour buses and backstage needs. Recommend additional House Power service locations. Locate generator parking and cable paths.

Review optional locations for spotlights, cameras, special effects, along with cable paths for power, signal and communications to each.

Review all options for truck, bus and van parking.  Define areas for boneyards/temporary storage for stage and production. Work with local authorities to define truck routes to venue, as well as street parking.

Review all existing locker rooms, offices and open areas within venue for – artist dressing rooms, tour & production offices and catering areas. If more rooms and offices are needed, locate optional areas for trailers, RVs, tents and restroom trailers/Porto-Johns, with power and water.
